Once the date has been confirmed, a £100 deposit will be taken. The remaining balance will be paid in full the moment the event finishes.
Late Payment Fees
Please note: late payment fee of £50 per day will apply for each day the outstanding balance remains unpaid after the event.

By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Da Mogul Photography Christening Package: up to 10 hours of coverage
All edited videos are delivered via USB Stick. We do not provide videos on DVD.
Please note: Da Mogul Photography does not cover “closing” portions of your events
Da Mogul Photography is based in Reading, UK.
If your event location is within 100 miles of our base location, travel/transport costs are included in your chosen package.
For event locations over 100 miles, the Client will be required to pay 70% of the travel/transport costs.
All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Client. Where the Client postpones the booking once, the deposit may be transferred to the rescheduled date, subject to availability . Where the Client postpones the booking a second time , a new deposit will be required to secure the new date.
Any individual or group guest photos taken at the event must be purchased and paid for before they can be shared, downloaded, printed, or used.
Digital images will be supplied once full payment has been received.
As a client, your package includes edited images of you, as well as any group photographs in which you appear. Any additional images taken at the event that do not include you may remain the property of the photographer and are not automatically included in your final package unless agreed otherwise.
Da Mogul Photography may use photographs and video taken at events for our portfolio and promotional purposes. If any guest would prefer not to appear online, they should inform the photographer on the day, and we will respectfully avoid posting content that includes them.
After your gallery has been delivered, you must send your chosen 50 images for your photo album within 3 weeks.
If your selection is not received within this timeframe, your album will be moved to the next available slot and completion may be delayed due to other client bookings.
We do not select album images for clients. If you would like Da Mogul Photography to select the images on your behalf, a £50 service charge applies.
Edited photos will be delivered within 10–14 days.
Edited videos will be delivered within 5–7 weeks.
These timeframes may vary depending on workload, event size, or unforeseen circumstances. If delays occur, the client will be notified as soon as possible.
After your edited video has been delivered, you have 4 weeks to submit any feedback or revision requests.
Any feedback received after this period may not be accepted, as all project files will be deleted from our system once the 4-week period ends.
