Once the date has been confirmed, a £100 deposit will be taken. The remaining balance will be paid in full the moment the event finishes.
Please note: A late payment fee of £50 will be apply for everyday after the event.

Da Mogul Photography Christening package is for a 10-hour period, and Birthdays and Wedding Receptions are a maximum of 5 hours.
The start and finish times of that 5/10-hour period will be for you to choose. However, the earliest time we can start is 12pm, for any destinations under 100 miles from our location and 2pm for those over 100 miles.
All our edited videos are now saved on a USB Stick, not on DVDs.
WE DON'T DO CLOSINGS.
If your destination is within 100 miles of us (We are based in Reading), our transport costs will be part of your chosen package. For anything more than 100 miles, you will be asked to pay 70% of the transport fares.
As of 1st of April 2023, all deposits will be non-refundable should your event be cancelled. If you postpone it once to a later date, depending on whether the date is available, your deposit will still be valid. If you postpone your event for the second time, then you will be automatically asked to pay a new deposit.
Any individual or group photo taken of guests at the event has to be paid for before it can be used.
As a client, your package includes images of you and any group photos, where you are included. Any other images are fully owned by the photographer.
Da Mogul Photography reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any of the events we cover, without needing the express written permission of those included within the photograph/video. A person, who does not wish to have their image uploaded on social media should make their wishes known to the photographer at the event.
Once your photos have been sent to you, you have 3 weeks to send back your 50 favourite photos, for your album to be made. After that 3-week period, if we haven’t received your photos, you will no longer be on our priority list. This means it will take longer for your album to be processed, as we will be focusing on other clients.
Please note we do not make this selection for you. however, if you wish to leave this with us there will be an extra £50 service charge.
The Photos will take between 10 & 14 days to be edited & published. The Videos will take between 5 & 7 weeks to be edited and posted. Please note that if there are any unexpected delays, you will be kept informed.
Once the video is posted to you, you have up to 4 weeks to give us feedback. It is important that you give any feedback within those 4 weeks, as your files will be deleted from our system at the end of that period.
